Minister of the Gospel, lecturer and writer, Dr. David Jean Alain Mutamba is President of KAPHRIEL Ministries International based in Lyon, France. His depth in the prophetic word is a source of edification for many. He has intervened in several countries to date: R.D. Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, United States, Romania, Guadeloupe, Israel, Germany, Martinique...

His teachings and writings will not leave you indifferent, for they focus on a symbolic interpretation of the Scriptures and the search for their deep, hidden meaning.

Rather than a flat, literal, or historical reading, he seeks the invisible threads, the profound connections, and the symbolic echoes that span eras, cultures, myths, and sacred texts

as if they formed a single, vast tapestry.

Each teaching seeks out the hidden meaning (Sod in Hebrew, an esoteric secret), the archetypes that recur under different names, the numbers that dance from one system to another, the garments (Levushim) that divine light dons to manifest itself without being consumed.

He does not read the Bible as a linear or historical narrative, but as a cosmic code where every detail is a gateway to a larger structure, a network of hidden correspondences, of resonating numbers, of myths that echo one another across cultures.

He engages in instinctive esoteric comparison: Sumerians → Greeks → Bible → Kabbalah → zodiac → Roman law → everything is connected by recurring motifs (divine succession, a game of musical chairs among powers, garments that veil and reveal, the number 5 as a threshold of suffering and fulfillment, etc.).

What we believe...

In our ministry, we go back to the origins of the Christian faith. We believe that the Yeshua of Scripture is the Christ in us, the One who comes with abundance, the mystery of divinity in Man, known and sought after in all civilizations since the beginning. Revelation 19:10d: For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. The proof of Jesus is not historical; the proof of Jesus is in prophecy, that is, in allegory, for he is a prophetic, allegorical figure. We believe that God's word is timeless; it is spirit and life, not physical. Scripture is merely a material support, easily forged. 2 Corinthians 3:15: To this day, when people read Moses, a veil is cast over their hearts. Why does Paul say this? To understand this, we need to look closely at the origin of the Scriptures. The Bible is a collection of books. What we call the Old Testament is Israel's Tanakh, written and composed after the Babylonian exile. Now, the sages of Israel themselves say that the writings are the clothes of a woman, and that it's her we need to find! This woman is "the mystery hidden from all time and in all ages, but now revealed to her saints". What we call the New Testament is the result of several successive selections. First, at the Council of Nicaea, gnosis was condemned in the face of the historical-literal sense. Certain Gospels were selected with the aim of creating a religion based on the literal meaning of Scripture. We know from the writings of Bishop Irenaeus of Lyon that in his day, there was a multitude of Gospels. The aim of this selection was to establish an order, a canon, to underpin the Catholic doctrine of the Roman Empire. However, these Gospels are those of the Therapists (Essenes), who were studied at the Alexandrian school by "Christians" who pursued the rising of the sun within them, the manifestation of the "Christos" within them, the "Iu Sa" of the Egyptians, through the allegorical reading of texts and the study of symbols. Their writings are therefore not to be read literally, but rather allegorically, with a constant concern for the interpretation of symbols. At the Council of Laodicea in 360, it was decided to introduce Paul's more esoteric, allegorical writings into the New Testament. But the damage had been done: the historical approach to these texts had already spread to the collective consciousness. The people already considered the writings of the therapists, the Gospels, as reports on the life of a man, the messiah announced by the Jews. Why didn't Peter say to the paralytic: "What we have, we give to you"? He said: "What I have, I give to you". What Peter had, didn't John have? If things depend on what's in a person, that means it no longer depends on the historical or the literal. Romans 16:20: the god of peace will SOON crush Satan under your feet... So what happened at the cross? If Jesus were a historical figure, as the Lamb of God taking away the sins of the world, knowing that the wages of sin is death, by his crucifixion there should be no more death and glory should be restored (for "all have sinned and come short of glory"). However, not only is this not what history tells us, but Paul says "for you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God... When Christ appears, then you will appear with him in glory.... If Christ has not risen, you are still in your sins" but above all, "your faith is in vain". Which Christ is he talking about? The historical one? But he is risen, according to what we literally read. From a historical point of view, Christ came and died in 27, bearing all the sins of the world. So there should be no more death, since sin, according to this logic, no longer exists. If he destroyed sin in his body of flesh, then there is no more sin and therefore no more death. But Paul says, for you are dead. So he's not placing himself in a historical context. So as long as Christ in us has not risen, as long as the rising of the morning star has not taken place in our hearts, we are still in our sins. Galatians 4:21-24a: Tell me, you who want to be under the law, do you not understand the law? For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one from a slave woman and one from a free woman. But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, and the son of the free woman was born according to the promise. These facts are allegories; for these women are two covenants. The text tells us "these facts are an allegory". The facts reported in the Torah are allegories!!! They were transmitted for a purpose: "to transmit hope to us"! If Sarah and Hagar are allegories, what about their husband Abraham? Romans 15:4: Now whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our INSTRUCTION, that we through patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have Hope. This Hope is CHRIST IN US! Those who wrote the texts that make up the Scriptures didn't set out to write a history book, because if it was the goal, then they have totally failed!!!! On the other hand, if through their writings they have passed on ancient keys, most of which come from distant SUMER and ANCIENT EGYPT, keys which are the expression of divine wisdom through the centuries, then, yes, the Scriptures are credible for those who know how to read them. Colossians 1:26-27: The mystery hidden in all ages, but now revealed to his saints. God wished to make known to them the glorious riches of this mystery among the Gentiles, namely: CHRIST IN YOU, the Hope of glory. The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life: historical-literal reading kills, but symbolic-allegorical reading invigorates! And the fruit of symbolic-allegorical reading of the Scriptures is: "love, peace, joy, gentleness, patience, kindness, goodness, faith and self-control." This is THE NEW COVENANT!!! 1 John 2:26-27: These things I have written to you about those who lead you astray. As for you, the anointing you received from him abides in you, and you do not need to be taught; but since his anointing teaches you all things, and is true, and is not a lie, abide in him according to the teachings he has given you. 2 Corinthians 5:16-17a: So from now on we know no one according to the flesh; and if we have known Christ according to the flesh, now we know him no longer in that way. If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Colossians 3:4: When Christ, your life, appears, then you too will appear with him in glory. In Israel, the coming of the Mashiach corresponds with the coming of the resurrection of the dead. But Paul says "for you are dead". And he runs to reach the resurrection if he can. Resurrection, "qum" in Hebrew, means going from lying down to sitting up and then getting up. Christ our life must rise. John says that life is the light of men. And we know that the image of the light of men is the sun. Our life is the sun rising. Every person is meant to experience the resurrection of Christ in them. Christ in us dies and rises as the sun sets and rises, for in each of us the sun set when we came down, when we came out of God to incarnate in a body; we plunged into humanity, into the flesh, and we long to see that divine nature in us rise again accompanied by glory and splendor. 2 Peter 1:19 And we hold all the more certain the prophetic word, to which you do well to give heed, as to a lamp that shines in a dark place, until the day comes and the morning star rises in your hearts; We believe that true Christianity is a religion of the sun. The teaching of Christ is a spiritual quest that pursues the rising of the sun in us until it releases a light, a power linked to intelligence and knowledge, an image of divinity, not to dominate but to illuminate the world, for Christ in us is the light of the world. The sons of God, the sons of the sun, are here to save, because God wants all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. This truth, this intimate, personal experience of the divinity within us, is what the Scriptures call eternal life.
